Not always. While Cold Form Steel buildings require a concrete slab, Steel Tubing structures can be installed on dirt, gravel, concrete, or piers depending on your site and building needs. We’ll help you determine the best foundation for your project.

Permit requirements vary by city and county. While we don’t pull permits ourselves, we’ll provide the engineered drawings and documentation you need to submit to your local building department.
